And to think...about a year ago I could not get her to look at the camera! My, how the times have changed.

What a precious little four year old!!

A Busy October MiMi and Poppy came in for a fun visit! We celebrated Macy's birthday again!

One of my best friends from high school came to visit from Houston. We had so much fun with Kristen and Jaycee, her little girl who is Macy's age!

The girls were butterflies for Halloween.

Lexi was a caterpillar.

Best Friends in ABQ!!

We flew to Albuquerque to see some of our bestest friends-David and Whitney. It was also the weekend of the Balloon Fiesta which was so much fun! We had a wonderful time catching up, eating great food, letting the girls play together, and laughing hysterically while reminiscing. Old friends are so special!!!

David and Whitney's moms watched the girls while we all went out to eat! What a treat!

The Hicks are such a blessing to us! We love and miss you guys!!

And when we returned back to Nashville (after our 8 hour indirect flight), this became our home for a WEEK-One room at the Baymont Inn! We got the floors in our house redone. It was very worth it, but it made for a chaotic week! My girls are such troopers! We did enjoy the hot breakfast in the lobby everyday!

Happy 4th Birthday, Macy!!
We celebrated Macy's birthday with a Strawberry Shortcake party. She had so much fun with all her little friends. Macy had been soooo excited about her birthday this year.

Macy really wanted to have a pinata at her party.

Honey and Big Daddy flew in for the party ( Even though Honey could barely walk after having knee surgery just before!). And they brought Riley, Macy's cousin, which was so special!!

Macy is loving her new bike we go her. She rides it every chance she gets!

It's hard to believe it's been 4 years since our sweet baby was born! Macy keeps us on our toes and always brings a smile to our face. We love our little four year old!

Lexi is 7 months old!! And here is Harper wearing the same outfit when she was 18 months old...and I didn't shrink it!!

Tiny Dancer

Macy has started taking a dance class at a church near us. She loves it! I am not sure exactly what kind of dance it is, but the teacher says they are "dancing for Jesus." Today was her first day, and I think Jesus was pleased. They were adorable!! She has so many of her sweet friends in her class!

Philip and I went to a wonderful Counting Crows concert-lots of fun!

Macy had her first dentist check-up. She did great and her teeth looked good!

Harper is still doing great potty training. She's in big girl panties all the time now!

Lexi continues to grow and Harper continues to chatter!! Actually, Lexi is quite the talker, too. She is soooooo loud. Not crying, just "talking". (If you've tried to talk to me on the phone lately you know what I am talking about!) I guess that third child has to be heard!

Preschool is In Session

Woohoo! The girls were so happy to go back! Am I boring?! They love going, and I enjoy my time with Lexi. It's the closest she'll ever be to being an only child! Macy and Harper trotted right into their classrooms and blew me a kiss. They both have great teachers! And Lexi is a half. I can't believe it. Where have the last 6 months gone?

My baby is growing up.




She weighed in at a healthy 19 lbs 13 oz. Wow! The 97th percentile! She is still the happiest baby who loves to sit and watch Macy and Harper. She loves baths and has become a good sleeper. We are enjoying our sweet Lexi!

Philip took Macy to the shooting range with him. She got to push the button that throws the clay pigeons that Philip shot. She loved it. I can't believe she's almost 4!!!
