Recovery
The doctor suggested keeping Macy calm and inactive with movies and coloring for 48 hours. HA!!! She woke up this morning in a great mood and seems to be feeling just fine despite the boo boo on her eye. She's over it....until we have to get the stitch removed.

This afternoon Macy fell and bruised her other eye (much more minor than the first) and then picked up a stick with ants and got about 10 bites on her hand. It's a good thing she's one tough cookie. We are not sure what to do with our little bull in a china cabinet.
A helmet? A bubble? A tranquilizer?
I think we'll just stick with close supervision and LOTS of prayers!

Hi. I found your blog on a friend's blog. Your girls are so precious. We also have a Macy and she is our "bull in a china closet." Ten days after our youngest daughter was born in the fall, our Macy fell out of a chair and hit the computer desk. She got stitches over her eye. But, like your sweet Macy, it didn't slow our Macy down here either. Congrats on your precious baby!

Summer Dale.

Summer is one of my College Friends. Just a FYI.
I will send you a helmet for Macy to wear. I think she is going to take after Hollie and be accident prone.

Macy is still adorable even with a cut eye! Has she gotten it taken out yet? That would have been so hard to watch her be tied down--sorry you had to go through that. Happy belated birthday, by the way!
