No Wonder!
Why do lots of old ladies have bad backs? Hmmmm. This morning I started counting how many times I bent down today-to pick up something someone dropped (or threw), to clean something on the floor, to pick up Harper...
68 times!!
If I continue on this route, by the time I am 50 I will have bent down 570,860 more times. And I only have 2 kids!

You need to start making noises too when you bend over. The sounds really are just for effect, though. That's what I do anyway. :0)
Does it count double when you bend over and pick something up while holding your 23 pound 10 month old?
