Lexi is Here!
She was born at 6:03 PM and weighed a whopping 8 lbs and 9 oz. She is 21" long with chubby cheeks. Macy was excited to see her and Harper will need some more time to welcome her into the family. The delivery was smooth with only 12 pushes. Her umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck three times, but after untangling and some oxygen she regained color and was normal and healthy.
All of her grandparents made it here in time to welcome her with hugs, kisses, and lots of camera flashes.
We hope for a good night of sleep and plan to leave the hospital on Wednesday. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. We will post pictures soon!
